About Shipping:

We usually use the tracable shipping methods as  Fedex Express to ship you the orders and the tracking numbers are available. as soon as the orders are shipped out, And you can receive your orders within 10 working days.  A surcharge is applied per shipment  when the delivery destination is remote. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. So you can receive the package derectly. Thanks for your cooperation. For the customs clearean, we have many methods and experiences, so your package is always  safe and 99% of the orders are safe for delivery. Here we would like to talk about the exceptions:

1, If the package have problem in our country Customs, we will be responsible and will resend all orders for free, you will nott need to pay any other charges.

2, But if your package is held by your country Customs, you will need to contact the Customs of your country, and work with them on how to make your orders release from your country Customs. we will NOT be responsible in these cases, we can do nothing upon this. and your money will NOT be refunded, because we do have shipped the orders in time and paid for the shipping charges.

3. When ordering from us, you are considered the importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and do not assume responsibility for any local customs laws and/or duties and taxes after selling. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

4.If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and buyer claim dispute, we have right to ignore this dispute and do not cover the refunds. 

About Delivery:

All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package.

About Returns & Exchanges:

Bags are custom designed.  No returns or exchanges.
